HSK.IN(HEMA S. KOTHARI) offers services for Members who wish to purchase diamonds for personal consumption and is inclusive of both, customized and readymade Jewelry.
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item.
Any Member who wishes to purchase an item from the Website can either: choose from the selection of Jewellery available on the Website and add it to the shopping cart or call our call us at +912223684858 and place the order. The Member will receive the form for ordering via email/ fax/ courier based on the Member's convenience.
Only registered Members can make purchases online. In the event of a User wishing to make the purchase, the User will be required to register with the website after adding the item to the shopping cart.
All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by HSK.IN.
Once the payment is realised the goods will be shipped to the member.
A product may be available at a particular date and not later on depending on the trends also the price of the same available product may vary depending on the gold and diamond weight and also the ongoing gold and diamond prices. HSK.IN holds to right to make a product available or unavailable at any given date on its convenience.
We offer various payment modes. For online payment credit/debit cards and online banking can be used.
For offline payment cash, cheque and demand draft can be used. A payment is considered made only after the cheque is cleared in the bank.
For orders an advance payment of 50% is required to be made by the member/client either online or offline.
Any refunds due by HSK.IN to the Member for non-availability of diamonds or for selection of alternate diamonds shall be made in the following manners:
a) Credit card: The credit card account of the Member will be re-credited with the refund amount by the HSK.IN The refund amount will be credited to the Member's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or
b) Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Member by the HSK.IN within seven (7) business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Member; or
c) Cash or demand draft: If the Member has made an over the counter purchase by paying via cash or demand draft, HSK.IN shall pay the refund amount to the Member through a demand draft within seven (7) business days after the receipt of the payment by HSK.IN
Refund will be processed through same online mode within 10 working days
All the items will shipped to the buyer only after the payment is cleared for the purchase/order. All items will be delivered only to the person’s name mentioned at the time of purchase. A proper valid postal address is required for timely and safe delivery any mistake in the address provided by the buyer does not hold HSK.IN liable for a delay in shipment.
If the buyer wants to change the address of delivery it has to be done before the goods are shipped. All purchases are considered complete once the buyer has signed for the parcel delivered to him/her, after providing a valid identification proof at the time of collection of delivered goods. Return duration is 10 working days. Customer can cancel the order within 8 hours after placing the order. Any shipment that has to be sent back to HSK.IN for refund, repair or resizing has to be paid by the member. While making the shipment the items should be packed properly in a tamper proof box in order to avoid damage in transit. In case of any damage HSK.IN is not responsible.
